ABC security cameras caught Nicole being arrested on DUI. And TMZ is reporting that court documents reveal that Nicole pled no contest four years ago to driving under the influence. Under California law, if Nicole is convicted of DUI as a result of Monday’s arrest, the judge will send her to prison.
And the New York Post is reporting that people are saying that Joel Madden broke up with Hilary Duff because she wouldn’t have sex with him. But the other week it came out that Hilary left him because he didn’t take seriously the case of those two men stalking them and threatening to kill them.
Even though Nicole Richie has only been dating Hilary Duff’s ex, Joel Madden, for a few weeks, sources tell Page Six the two are moving ahead full speed. Spies say Madden, who was rumored to have dumped Duff because she wouldn’t sleep with him, was listed on Richie’s booking papers after her arrest this week as her “emergency contact person.” The reality star was busted for DWI Monday morning when she was caught driving the wrong way on an L.A. freeway.

I always thought Hilary was lying being a virgin. But I guess she was telling the truth.
Nicole and Joel could have waited a bit before announcing this and being seen together instead of them coming out as a couple days after him and Hilary broke up. They were together for over two years I think.
