With the sudden death of Anna Nicole Smith, Howard K. Stern has already assumed the title of “legal guardian” of Anna Nicole Smith’s 5-month-old daughter Danielynn, according to the laws of the Commonwealth of the Bahamas.
The law states, “On the death of the mother of a child, the father, if surviving, shall, subject to the provision of this Act, be guardian of the child, either alone or jointly with any guardian appointed by the mother. “. . . . .Source: ONTD

The life and death of Anna Nicole Smith is what great tragedies are made of. It’s almost poetic. I wonder how long before the movie is made. Who will play Anna? Britney Spears, Lindsay Lohan, or Paris Hilton?

I was deeply saddened to learn of the death of Anna Nicole Smith. It has been said time and time again, there was just something about her. We all were fascinated with her smile, her beauty, and her outlandish behavior. I would hope that during this time, that people would respect her family, and not trash her. She can not dispute what anyone says, and we all should be sad at the loss of a mother to her child.

The DNA of the patenality is needed. I don’t think Stern is a real father. That is a big lie, Hope the DNA test will be done to prove who the father of Dannialynn is…. That sounds fishy to me….

so all this about stern’s move to the bahamas, he had looked into this place
for anna nicole to give birth to her baby, and placed his name on birth cirtf.
as the father, well known to us all after info. that her boyfriend larry is
most likely the father to this little baby girl..and now, the liar stern,
knew that, and a big ??????????????????did he know already, that anna nicole
would die before, so soon after giving birth. something very very
fishy, i do believe she was murdered..we miss her and god love her, and all the
sympathy to her family and friends…..

i think that everybody should just leave Danielynn alone and just let her live with Howard. now that both her mother and brother are gone out of her life dont take the last person she really knows… just let it be… let Danielynn inheriet everything her mom had and leave it. and for her mom i think that it is pretty wierd that she just all the sudden this tragedy happened. what does that say?? all she wants is all of it for herself. we will really miss anna nicole smith and with danielynn the best in life!!!

I was saddened to her that Anna Nicole Passed and as a great Sagitarius she was and I am. I feel that she only trusted HOward and Howard may had been an enabler but how can you say no/don’t do this and do that to a person who is a grown up and has their own money and free will. Maybe he was her safety net so she wouldn’t go as far as she probably would have or did. jupiter is excessive and excess is bad 24/7. I feel she died of a broken heart and felt she could not do this anymore she may have not wanted to leave her child and possibley knew sub-consiously that she would be better w/o her. As for Virgie Author, I feel sorry for you and one day your consiouss will make you see why your daughter didn’t want anything to do with you. INstead of granting her wish and not fighting to not burry her with her son. It’s her last wish, and I truly believe when you love someone you do not think of yourself. As for Larry Birkhead I hope Anna’s baby is her late husband’s and that Howard raises her because I believe he knew her best and loved her.
