A fake headstone placed on Anna Nicole Smith’s son’s grave.

A fake headstone has been placed on the Bahamas grave of Anna Nicole Smith’s son Daniel. According to cemetery staff, Smith and her lawyer/lover/husband Howard K. Stern ordered the placement of the stone. One can only speculate that the fake headstone was placed there to keep people from finding Daniel’s already unmarked grave as Smith was enraged when her mother, Virgie Arthur and her ex-boyfriend, photographer Larry Birkhead visited the grave two weeks ago, on what would have been Daniel’s 21st birthday.

Unfortunately, in this day and age I can understand that it may have been necessary for Anna Nicole Smith to have a fake grave marker placed at her son’s grave. With the media constantly breathing down her neck, and some reporters and photographers willing to do just about anything to get a picture or a breaking story, she was left with no other options but to protect her son even in death.

i have enjoyed annas straight forwardness for many years and respect her she went were no other woman has gone and i think her mother is just money hungry. maybe she is upset that she cant be the woman anna was. god bless you anna may you fly with the angels love you

I am appalled at Anna’s treatment of her mother. She was nothing but a cheap whore, a liar, a drug addict and a user. She and her Svengali pusher chose their life and this is where it ended. Maybe she should have been more humane and thought about other peoples feelings and the way she treated Billy Smith, Vergie and the father of he daughter. She deserved what she got in my opinion and I pray that Larry B gets his little daughter soon and that HK$ never gets to lay eyes on her again. I believe that HK$ probably murdered Daniel and he should be put in prison for life. The one thing that I am thankful for is that their “real wedding” never got to be realized so HK$ could reap the benefits. The fake marriage is null and void…remember, the one where she and HK$ sipped champagne, ate Kentucky Fried Chicken and laughed as they jumped into the sea…….while poor Daniel laid cold on a slab in the morgue!

Think about this for a minute. Howard K. gave up his law practice and law partner to work for A.N.S. full time. He worked for her exclusively for more than a decade. He took on no other clients. Instead of drawing a salary, she paid all his expenses. Lawyers make a lot of money. Had she paid him in a salary what he would have made by keeping a practice, she couldn’t have afforded it. He handled most of her legal matters and all of her personal matters. Not only that, he put up with the “Circus” that he had to live in. I watched the Anna Nicole show several times and anyone could see that Anna was very spoiled, very demanding and very much in charge. Howard K. did whatever she said. Don’t you think he was embarassed by her many times? Did you notice that anyone who tried to balk her about her drug use was thrown out of her life? I think Howard K. knew better than to even try. At least he was able to stay in her life and give her some support and care. I think she would have ended up dead long before now if not for him taking care of her. I think Howard K. really loved her and I think that’s why he stuck around and sacrificed his law practice, personal life and personal reputation. As for Daniel, it was a known public observance that Howard and Daniel were great pals. I think Howard K. was the only male support figure in Daniel’s life for most of his life and I think that it is far-fetched to say that Howard K. killed that boy. I think that Howard K. is a smart enough attorney that he would know that Killing Daniel and then killing Anna would only create the high profile s*** storm that it has, and he would likely not get any of Anna’s “potential” money anyway. I mean, really! How likely is it that Anna’s estate will ever see a dime of the Marshall fortune? It’s been more than a decade and she has never seen a dime of it yet, and in all reality, won’t. The only income she had was from Trim Spa, and how long was that going to hold out? I think the only thing Howrard K. is guilty of is being stupid in love with Anna Nicole. He actually could have had a better and more peaceful life had he walked away from her a long time ago. And by the way, Virgie Arthur is the DEVIL! Am I the only one who could tell that Virgie was doped up when she was on the witness stand? She couldn’t even think of the name of the “friend of the family” who paid her way to the Bahamas! That woman was clearly impared and no one said anything about it! I also think the only reason she wanted to take Anna’s body back to Texas was to spite Anna and to try to make money off the body in some way. Why else would she want to deprive Anna of being laid to rest next to her beloved son? When a daughter disowns her own mother for as many years as Anna did, there’s always a serious reason for it. I think Anna told the truth when she said Virgie abused her and let her be abused by the men that she brought into Anna’s life. I think that when Anna was finally able to break free from that devil, she did and never looked back. I hope Virgie’s legal bills eat her alive!…and I hope Howard K. gets to keep Dannielynn because he’s the only daddy that baby has ever known and she’s already lost her mother.

I believe Virgie should have her daughters body and Virgie can take it from there.I would even support her if she wanted Daniels body brought back to Tx to be buried.We all should remeber that Anna’s mom was raising Daniel for quite some time while Anna was out trying to make a name for herself.It was’nt until she wed the old man when Daniel came to live with her.She’s been so messed up on drugs for years,and was only getting worse,this was no suprise when the new broke she died.Yes i know it was not drug related,not directly,possibly indirectly.If she would have cleaned up her act I believe she would have had Daniel buried in the U.S.She just was trying to avoid any legal or media conflict regarding her baby.Selfish woman!!Howard did not love Anna in a healthy way.No Man who is mentaly healthy is going to video tape the VERY pregnant mother high off her ass while he’s laughing and making the comment”this video is worth alot of money”.Where was CPS after the birth of this baby?Do the Bahamas not have a CPS agency?If not I’m sure that could be another reason they moved there.Let’s find out who the father is and get Anna’s soap opera out of our heads!!!!

One more thing if her mother was so abusive as well as the men she brought home than what kind of mother was Anna for leaving her son in Virgies care for so many years while she was trying to be famous.Like i said it was’nt until she latched on to that old man when Daniel(who already was a teen)came to live with her.

Anna Nicole Smith should have been buried in her birthplace, with her family. Her mother loved her, no matter what they went through. I am sure there are many parents that has been through hell with their children, by trying to get them to clean up their act.
I think everyone forgets Virgie, was, and is the MOTHER of Anna Nicole Smith. She should not have been buried in the Bahamas. The woman was drugged up from Howard K. Sterns. She could not even think straight. Ofcourse she went through a terrible loss, and agreed on everything that scum bag was forcing her to do and say.
Everyone seems to forget Virgie, also has rights, and she is alive. All the pain that she has had to go through, and suffer, and then for everyone to make her like she is the enemy. She most probably was the ONLY BEST FRIEND her daughter ever had.
Anyone that is a Mother must realize what this poor woman had to endure during this time of sorrow. Also, I think it was wrong for them to have her view her daughter’s body and then to return to court to be on the stand. How cruel can people be. Her heart must have been breaking when she had to testify. So that person, that made those ugly remarks about her being on drugs, most probably was on drugs. Virgie, had a decent job, served the people, not like all the trash her daughter hung around with.
Stop picking on Virgie, she has gone through enough. My God, people can be so cruel!! Just remember Virgie, was and is a MOTHER. Not some object, to be treated so disrespectfully.
I hope that eventually Anna, and her son Daniel, will be put to rest where she was born and belong. Yes, Anna Nicole, was abused and used by all, and it seems no one seems to make remarks about that. It is sad to see everyone tearing Virgie apart, just because she is trying to prove that she has rights as the Mother of Anna Nicole Smith.

+Obviously Virgie always has loved her daughter and has endured hell because of the drugs her daughter was into
+Virgie tried (unsuccessfully, thanks to Howard) to rescue Anna from the drugs. She got her to go to the Betty Ford Clinic, and even drove her there.
+Recently, Daniel was frightened by his mom’s drug use and afraid of how Howard was controlling her, and that she was being taken advantage of by those hanging around her. He had a couple of meetings with a private investigator to investigate Howard’s actions in controlling his mom and was trying to work out money to pay the investigator and would get back to him. Said he was afraid of Stern himself.
+At the hospital where Daniel died in his mom’s room, how did the hospital staff learn that Daniel had contacted a private investigator? – - News report said they found the investigators BUSINESS CARD in Daniel’s pocket during their attempts to save his life or when they found he had died.
+In a news interview following Daniel’s death, the Private Investigator told how Daniel was careful about meeting with him after their first introduction… they had been introduced by man Daniel was staying with while attending school/living in California… a man who was Anna’s boyfriend for a short time. Apparently Daniel revealed his concern about his mom’s safety to his mom’s former boyfriend and the boyfriend introduced Daniel to the private investigator who he knew from frequenting the same coffeeshop / lunch place for quite a while. Next time that Daniel contacted the PI he told him he wanted their next meeting to remain confidential, said that he DIDN’T WANT HIS MOM’S FORMER BOYFRIEND TO KNOW ABOUT ANY FUTURE MEETINGS! Well, that shows that Daniel was afraid Stern was in contact/conversation with the former boyfriend who had probably told Stern that Daniel was going to have him investigated.
Hope they subpoena the former boyfriend’s phone to expose calls from and to the Bahamas connecting STERN’S cellular.
Obviously, the next opportunity Stern would have to kill Daniel, would be at the hospital. Daniel was to return to California after seeing the baby so time was short.
Anyway, I think Virgie is fighting FOR her daughter and FOR her grandson to get them moved away from the Monster’s continuing control (even in death) so that they can truly rest in peace, and is fighting TO SAVE HER GRANDBABY from the Monster.
As a lifelong Christian Citizen, I have a lot of other opinions in this travesty, none more stronger than how our country is in danger of being taken over in the legal, entertainment, educational, governmental and every other aspect of our society by those who are eating the heart out of the USA.
Stern has control already of all of Anna’s business assets in a “bucket” company he set up called Hot Smoochy Lips – made ANS the President which must have made her think she was in control of everything, but made himself the one in charge, and also the only beneficiary in the event of Anna’s death…. well, doesn’t that tell us The Monster had a long term Agenda – didn’t make her son a beneficiary in any way because he was going to kill him. DOES ANYBODY THINK ANNA WOULD HAVE DISINHERITED HER SON – would that have been her “INTENT” – the term used by the BOZO Judge and the Ackerman Senterfitt Clown Lawyer to make the decision to bury her in the Bahamas so that she could be close to the son she loved so much???? Does that decisioning conflict make sense to anybody at all? Nope. Not unless they are part of the Money Lover Stern’s Gang.
