Entertainment Tonight is reporting that Anna Nicole Smith did, in fact, have a will. According to the show, it was written before the death of her son Daniel and the birth of daughter Dannielynn — and names Howard K. Stern as the executor.
The document reportedly named Daniel as her sole heir, but now that she had a daughter, Dannielynn is, as of now, Anna’s closest next of kin.
A family law expert tells TMZ that disposition will get sticky depending on what happens with the paternity suit and whether or not Anna and Howard’s Bahamian commitment ceremony is deemed legally binding by a probate court. One complex issue is that Howard cannot legally be the executor and a beneficiary of the will. . . . . .Source: TMZ

I am so sick and tired hearing the same stories about anna nicole smith. Let the woman rest in peace and get on with life. Her baby will be well looked after. I hope that Dannielynn has a better life away from drugs and booze and I hope she will not be trashy like her mother.

So many people have lost true empathy in this world. Look at the facts. Anna Nicole Smith had a horrible chain of events and then, she dies! Imagine giving birth to your daughter,then 3 days later your son dies in your hospial room and you, the mother, tries to revive your own son, but your efforts fail and you couldn’t save your child!Imagine having to wait for a MONTH to bury your child. Then add a newborn child to the mix and your TORN APART with guilt for grieving for one child’s death,while trying to care for and love a newborn.Combine ALL that with legal drama and ANYONE WOULD BE crazy from grief and stress.Imagine someone you care about and how hard emotionally and physically that wold be.May u find peace Anna

I don’t understand what the world has come to. Anna Nicole was obviously a woman with a need to be loved, really loved. The only person she had that with was with Daniel. She lost him. This poor woman was tormented inside so tormented that she probably wanted to die. She was always criticized in the media and even in death by her own pitiful excuse of a mother. Watching that woman on the tv the day Anna Nicole died made me sick. She sat there saying oh yeh she died of drugs I know she did drugs and that probably how she died of an overdose. Then I see her on tv in the Bahamas and the interviewer asks her if she has been to see Annas body and she had the nerve to say that was not important she cant do anything for her she thought it was more important to find the baby. Where has she been all these years, even since the baby was born and Daniel died; was she there with Anna? No!… The nerve of this woman, no wonder Anna was starving for love. And so messed up. This mother of hers is a sick money hungry ***** who only wants to find her grandaughter for money. She probably has a deal with the other idiot who says hes the father to get money.. God please don’t let this poor child go into their hands. If she goes with these people in 20 years she’ll be starving for love just like her mother………..As for Howard, I really don’t know if I buy that she loved him in the way we love our soul mate, but he was definatly a constant in her life. Probably the only man to unconditionally love Anna Nicole. I hope and pray he is the baby’s father and executer of her estate so she can have that constant presence of someone who loves her, and will look out for her.. Any man can father a child, but it takes a real man to be a Daddy.

Howard K. Stern murdered Anna and her son for the money, he looks so fake on television, what a bad actor pretending to be upset over her death,( and his sister to, so fake) as part of his mastermind plan he forgot to study acting lessons.I can see right through him.I’m and acotr and a psychologist. He controlled and manipulated her very much the last year, he supported and even forced the drugs into her, he kept her under lock and key as an obsessor with a plan does,took her friends away, she was at her weakest point and at his mercy as a women who is when ABUSED mentally and emotionally as she was by him, when her son died she was at her most vulnerable point and with the new baby this was Sterns plan to move on in and so the baby became his bate, and he made her co-dependent on him to the point of her needing a nurse to take her to the bathroom to basically wipe her butt etc. She became like Able and Cane, ( the bible story) he made her so dependent on him along with the help of drugs that he basically gave her, he controlled her ( like men do to many women out there)
He basically raped her of her life, he took her power and controlled her those last months and then killed her, because he saw an opportunity to get the money and he probably put legal papers in front of her and she signed whatever because she so surrendered to him and was so out of it with his negative support, he made her be helpless. This is a mastermind but easy to figure it out. Yes I am positive that Howard K. Stern killed Anna and her son. He even brained washed her to hate her mom more than she did, a lot of people have demons with their parents and they grow out of it especially if they get famous.This was part of his plan to keep her distance from all family those last few years as much as possible in an effort for his plan to work. In every shot on television that I see of them, he looks like a man at a distance studying the situation, planning as the predator, the con man, this was in the planning for ten years. He is clearly psychopathic and many lawyers are, they almost have to be to be in the business. His sister said his mother supported him that he never got money from Anna, ( they lived off of her money) now why would you go to law school and not work when you could make mucho bucks, because he was working on the con plan that he had in for Annas money.( He was working and now he gets paid) Should we all feel bad that the house got robbed, oh poor Howard, HES ROBBED HER OF HER LIFE AND NOW HER MONEY

Boy arent we Judge and Jury or are you just God…..I was abused by a drug addict for twenty years I know all about the battered woman syndrome. I know all about the lowest self asteem capable. I never did drugs and would never allow anyone to make me do them. Even at the lowest point when I felt like dying he could never get me to do them. I have had guns to my head and knives my throat but even he never tried to force me to do drugs, he wanted money. I believe that Anna was addicted long before Howard was in the picture. And lets remember she was a rich woman and could get the drugs from whomever she chose. Weather it was Howard, the bodygaurd or the nurse. And she probably had a death wish on top of the addiction. I am the mother of 4 boys and I cant imagine the devastation she must have felt. As far as her mother BULL**** That woman is despicable.. Your right mother daughter relationships do usually heal themselves with time, only if both parties come to the truth. This woman had no tears for her daughter only bad things to say. Not only in her death but when she was alive. She wants her 15 minutes of fame and as far as Im concerned its shame, and she needs to go home…..Her and Birkhart probably have a plan to split some money somewhere down the line because she certainly knows she would never be in Anna Nicoles will. True Howard had a lot of input in her life. But so co dependant on him that she needed a nurse. I don’t think so I think that she neede a nurse because she just lost the love of her life her son. She had a broken heart on top of all the suits and media critics that just were absolutly cruel and possible post partom depression. Wow sounds like I would need an out too. The drugs took away her pain for a while but like most people she didnt realize that it will just be back in the morning. I do believe that the people around her should have hospitalized her and got her some help..Instead of letting her go on in life making appearencesI would have broke a long time ago.Maybe she needed that, it doesnt mean he killed her. The baby is entitled to the money. I am not 100% sure but doesnt that mean that it will be held in trust until she turns a certain age. So the money will go to her.

Has anyone noticed how Daniellyn seems a bit limp in many of the photos? She is a beautiful baby but usually at this age, babies arms and legs are constantly moving. I don’t know about the health of this child, but I certainly believe with the amount of drugs Smith was on during her pregnancy that at the very least Daniellyn should be seen by a a pediatrician who specializes in neurology. It is a fact that drugs such as Smith took can have long term affects on a child’s health. Why Birkhart, Millstein, or anyone who purports to “care about this baby”, hasn’t been pushing for this is beyond the pale. This is the time that the child has to be see so that any treatments and/or therapy can be successful. Waiting until something shows up is dangerous and reckless. But then again, we have STern at the helm, and frankly I doubt he cares about the future health of this child, although he would have us believe otherwise. As to Birkhart, he is coming up rather inept and weak. Shame that the only person who probably would make sure this child was seen by a neurologist would be Virgie, but she is the villain everyone loves to hate.

It may be on eonline I havent looked. Under the tent where Anna was laid to rest Fergie took the shovel and shoveled dirt on her grave and then she WALKED on her grave. Villan hah shes the devil. I dont know how you were raised but I was taught you dont just walk over graves. To this day I will walk on the lines dividing the graves but not on them. Its disrespectful, just as disrepectful as trying to stop her funeral on the day of. Give up already….I believe Fergie was jeolous of Anna all of these years why else would she keep this up and let her daughter decompose until she couldnt even have a open casket. The day of her funeral she had the hearse waiting in the hot sun until her old butt arrived after trying to get a restraining order to stop the funeral,to the boos she clearly deserved. My son was making a comment last night about Fergie At the moment I told him she is still a mother and is grieving and in the next few minutes I saw her walking on her daughters grave. I respect everyones opinion we all have them but I just cant agree with you about Fergie. As for the baby I noticed also in some footage her eyes. They seem to big always opened wide and glaring down. I had sister in laws that had drug babies and I hate to say it but she has symptoms. I do agree with you that someone the guardian or judge make sure this baby is healthy. I would hope that Howard has already had her checked and immunized there are nurses, nannies around 24 7 so hopefully she is ok.

Larry Birkhead is now getting angry at Vergie, she is trying to get custody of the baby even if Larry is the father, and hes not happy aboutthat. Vergie better be careful before she ends up alone and miserable. We need to know who the father is and let him decide whats best for his child. I used to hope she was Howards but now I am hoping she is the result of old man Marshalls frozen sperm, she would be better off. What will they do if Larry isnt the fatherHe has put himself into every aspect of this case. I guess he at least had a front row seat for the fiasco that went on if hes not the father. it is tragic that nobody help Anna even Daniel Smith too. Daniel try to have PI to run an invegation on Howard Stern for pimping his mother. Daniel didn’t have the money to do the time. Daniel was planning on having PI to do the job after he get home to calif from Bahmas. but timing everything for Howard Stern he just got time to clean Daniel off and he knew Anna’s weakness she cannot live without Daniel. Daniel was love of her life.
