This evil bitch wants Anna’s body released to her so she can return Anna to her hometown in Texas. Anna bought two double plots next to her son Daniel’s grave in the Bahamas. What kind of a mother would want to take Anna away from her son’s side? Anna wanted to be buried next to her son Daniel, not back in Texas. Just saw a video of Anna on The Insider of never before seen tape of Anna saying how her mother use to beat her and abuse her and whip her as a child. She hated her mother and hated her even more after Daniel died when her mother said Anna killed Daniel, it’s Anna’s fault, Howard murdered Daniel and would murder Anna next. They asked Anna when was the last time she saw her mother and she said after her mother beat her when Anna was 21-years-old. Anna ran away from home when she was 15-years-old. Virgie Arthur has no right to Dannie Lynn and no right to Anna’s body. She wants another child to beat and abuse? The last thing Anna wanted was to be released to her mother and for her daughter to be raised by her. Now I’m hearing that her mother was told about when Anna was pregnant and she wanted nothing to do with Anna’s new baby. And because she went to visit Daniel’s grave, with a camera crew, in the Bahamas, Anna had to get a fake headstone for Daniel’s grave because of all the attention her mother had now brought to Daniel’s grave. Get a job and make your own money instead of using a baby to gain money.
TMZ has learned Anna Nicole Smith’s mother has hired a Florida lawyer to get Anna’s body released for burial.
We’ve confirmed that Virgie Arthur has hired Coral Gables attorney Stephen Tunstall to secure the body. But there’s a catch: There are two outstanding California court orders preventing burial. A judge has put a hold on the release of the body; a second order demands a DNA sample from Smith.
We’re told Larry Birkhead’s lawyer, Debra Opri, will ask a Miami court to “domesticate” both orders from the California court. If granted, the orders would have full force and effect in Florida. We’re told Opri is making the requests in Florida today and tomorrow.
But there’s a twist. We’re told Birkhead has no objections to releasing the body, provided he gets a DNA sample sent to the lab he selected. For some reason, we’re told Stephen Tunstall has not agreed to release the DNA to Birkhead’s lab.
TMZ spoke with Tunstall, who said “I have been retained by Virgie. I do not wish to have any contact with anybody in the media.”. . . . .Source: TMZ

Hey , let her poor Mother be. Anna Nicole wan’t the best daughter in the world, and she had no problem with leaving her son with her mother when she was stripping in Houston. Her Mom doesn’t want any money, she just wants to make sure that poor little baby has a life! Stern must not be much of a lawyeer, father or mate. YOU KNOW HE KNEW SHE WAS USING! Stern didn’t do drugs, but he definately had Anna Nicole doing them – now why would that be? (And WHY did Stern get a prescription for Methadone????) Two people are dead, and the person who wants the money (Stern) is still on the loose. I feel sorry for Virgie and the baby. Virgie predicted this (Anna Nicole’s death), and it came true – she knows the real Stern. She knows exactly what she is talking about, and I hope and pray that she gets justice and the baby. Stern is just an evil money grub; he had the motive, and opportunity, to make these two murders happen.

i hope anna nicole can rest in peace soon. i think her mother is entitled to bury her own flesh and blood! i think that her mother should also move Daniel so he can rest beside his mother in her home town. i’m sure virgie did the best she could and that ‘anna’ was her own free spirit. most of all i hope that Danielynn will soon be given over to her biological father and reared in a loving, caring home.

The “MOTHER” was never a mother, she just gave birth to anna. Giving birth does not make one a mother. If she loved her daughter, really loved her, she would want to follow annas wishes to be buried next to her son. anna mother is a real money hungry bitch!

Right,wrong or indiffrent all we have is Annas testimony. She had ill feelings toward her mother and voiced them openly. Anna also has not physically seen her mother in 10 yrs,that was stated by her mother herself. I have been neutral through this and have been watching and reading and the most disturbing out of all this is I can actually see hatred coming from her mother. I can see it in her eyes. Look carefully at her in pictures and the media. She also contridicts herself. Anna was self made and a pretty smart cookie. She was talented and beautiful and she was also very real. Everyone who knew her loved her,including Howard Stern. He has and always will be there for her. Even in her death he is defending her and protecting her image. Anna trusted him with her daughter and her financial affairs. It is like Anna left behind a note stateing what she wanted done and nobody seems to be listening. I pray she is buried next to her son and that annas mother doesnt have her grandsons body dug up to be move to a town that does not claim anna. What a slap in the face that would be. Anna bought a plot next to her son, she claimed the bahamas to be her home and was happy there. Why cant her mother let her grandson rest in peace and bury her daughter next to her son? I agree, I see the hate coming from Anna’s mother. She clearly abused her daugher. There are rumours that one of her husbands may have sexually abused Anna. She publically accused her own daugher of killing Daniel.
I think Larry Birkhead is a snake too. Anna clearly wanted to get away from him. He ended up being abusive to her. Those emails where he verbally attacked her, a pregnant woman. He does not care about Anna. He made a statement in court to the affect that he doesn’t have anything right now, the daughter or the money and that if Stern does not cooperate he won’t get much either. He clearly is not prepared to take care of Danielynn. He announced on TV his claims of paternity while Anna is suffering the death of her son. He could have quietly filed a paternity claim in court. He did not have to bring it up in the media first. But he also makes money every time the photo’s he takes of her are used in the media. And because he brings it up in the media…he attracks a pitbull of a lawyer… who is clearly after the big dollars that her client’s daughter could end up with.
I think Howard K. Stern, clearly loved Anna and was the only person besides her son that Anna trusted. She trusted him enough to name him executor of the will and she trusted him enough to name him as the father of her second child.
Stern was the only lawyer that would take her case when it came to the estate of Howard Marshall. He took that case successfully to the supereme court. He got caught up in a tornado, but was clearly the calm at the centre of the storm. Stern clearly did whatever Anna wanted and not the other way around. Dealing with a Woman who is clearly troubled and addicted to medications is not easy in any sense and I am sure he enabled her drug use. It’s hard to say no to someone you love who is in pain.. ask any parent of a drug addicted child. He also clearly supported any attempts Anna made to get clean. He loved her son. People will tell you how tight they were. Stern was devoted to Anna and Daniel. I think it is so sad that he is going through hell and people are accusing him of horrible things. I don’t think any of it will come out in the wash.
I hope they never find the biological father of Danielynn and that Stern wins alot of money in the Marshall case. I think he will protect that child from the abusive grandmother, the media and drugs… after all he as seen and been through.

Anna Nicole’s mother is a bitch who did not take care of Anna when she was alive and has no right to her body now. I believe Anna was troubled (probably due to the abuse she suffered at the hands of her mother) and she used drugs to try to ease the pain (which does not work). Anna seemed to be misunderstood and just wanted to be loved, Daniel was one of the only people who seemed to love her without expecting something in return, and she lost him. Virgie Arthur’s fake crying is pathetic, she needs to go home and find another way to make money other than exploiting her dead daughter and infant grandchild and not mess up Danielynn’s life like she did Anna’s. I hope Anna will be buried next to her son and that she will finally have the peace in death she could never have in life.

Anna was a great person even if she may have abused prescription drugs. We all have our dark moments in life. Life is hard and complicated. Howard loved Anna so much and she loved him back. That mother should leave her alone! Virgie obviously wasn’t a good mother because Anna left home when she was 15 years old and of course Anna tried for years to have relationship with her even after that. Anna couldn’t do it anymore. She was tired of the abuse emotionally and physically. Thats why Virgie is estranged from her for 10 years. Howard did not kill Danial or Anna. Howard was like a father figure in Daniels life since his natural father was never around for him. The person that needs to be left alone is Howard not Virgie! Anna was smart to have made it so far in Hollywood. She was beautiful and was not afraid to be herself in the public eye. I don’t know her personally but as a fan and a human I admire her for who she was. Even if Howard knew what she was using it doesn’t make him a murderer. For those who think he is, try to be in is place for once. Dannie Lynne Hope, I’m sure, is safe and in good hands for the time being. I pray for her, Anna, and Howard will over come the evil that is at force right now. I know Howard will fight and will win. Because in this life good always over comes evil.

couldn’t agree more – virgie arthur should be banned from this whole proceeding – she is a selfish old biddy who is about as convincing as the ex boyfriend (unless you listen to fox news of course) – the ex boyfriend sent horrible emails to anna calling her the devil but this has been swept under the rug and trying to take dannielyn off anna a month after she lost daniel – it prob pushed her to take more drugs she was so depressed – its his fault if you ask me but everyone is blaming stern – probably because he hasn’t given the media what they want.

As for Howard Stern, I know from experience you cannot stop someone you love from doing drugs. Addicts do what they want. No one can control another persons drug use. I know he loves Anna, her son and the baby. You can tell by the way he looked at her. Hey may simply not have been a strong personality and we all know Anna was.
Let her be buried, let the paternity suit be dealt with…let it be done.

As a mother, even if I did want my daughter buried closer to me, I would have given up by now because pretty soon there won’t be anything left of her to bury anyway! And what is with everyone claiming that it’s Howard’s fault that Anna was on drugs (which by the way has not yet been confirmed by her toxicology test)? None of you must know what it is like to be around or be in love with an addict. Especially one who has a strong personality (as most of them do). Anyone ever heard of codependancy? I have been watching the case since I heard that Anna died and felt so sorry for her and her son and now for the baby Danielynn.Danielynn’s life holds such a controversial mess as one could say and later if life having to read all these publications and fighting that is going on .I can’t help to feel devastated for this little baby who may never have a true love from a parent or grandparent because of the money issue. Let’s not forget that after Daniel died this woman was jumping from one news media couch to the other to give her unsolicited opinion on 2 family memebers she hadn’t seen in over 10 years. No one knows if she sent cards to him in the prior years or if she or even her grandson spoke in the past 10 years. In a perfect world this mother and daughter could of had a relationship. But they didn’t. Virgie Arthur is transparent and ya’ll need to stop boo hooing for her. She’s greedy and has alterior motives. What she did today by trying to stop the funeral is one of many many more stunts this woman will pull to get her fat fingers in anyway she can so she can benefit financially from her deceased daughter’s estate. I don’t buy her WOE IS ME crap. Yes, her losses are sad but her motives are so obvious. That old saying blood is thicker than water obviously doesn’t apply here. As a mother of two a 25 year old daughter and a 20 year old son, I say to Virgie, how dare you! How can you even call yourself mommy! How could you allow your child, daughter, blood, be put through this “hell” for 3 weeks. It was obvious and known by many people that she loved her son dearly and wanted to be buried with him. If you had battles to fight why didn’t you wait until AFTER she was laid to rest. It’s truly a disgrace that this beautiful women had to lay in a morgue for 3 weeks while you were running from court to court fighting for her body that you haven’t seen in many years! Shame on you! I think that Virgie should just leave Anna in the Bahamas already and be done with it. She’s wasting money on lawyers fees for nothing, in a desperate bid to have her estranged daughter (newly buried in the Bahamas) exumed and transported to Texas, along with her deceased son Daniel. As for the allegations of sexual abuse, I too heard Anna’s best friend (Jackie Hadden) tell Larry King that Anna had confided some personal things to her about her (ANS) stepfather but that she (Jackie) wasn’t comfortable talking about it at this time.
Well duh! This is a no brainer if there ever was one! Clearly she (ANS) WAS sexually abused in some way and this would explain the mystery of WHY she (ANS) left home at age 15. You don’t run away at age 15 UNLESS you’re being abused or neglected in some way.
This would also explain her use of drugs (to numb the memories) and promiscuity in later years. I’m not saying that it’s right though because she still could have chosen another path for herself (such as through religion or getting a college education or something). Even if she was molested, no one MADE her take drugs or sleep around or pose in Playboy.
I wasn’t a fan of hers by any means. In fact, I HATED the fact that she chose to market herself as a blond bimbo because ladies like that, set the womens’ movement back a 100 years.
Nevertheless, toward the end (before she physically died), I felt great empathy and compassion for her when she lost her beloved son. You could see the pain in her face in that last tabloid show interview she ever gave, the week before she died.
Her face, while still beautiful, had taken on a coldnes, hardness and emptiness that had never manifested before.
She used to be so smiley and bubbly but after her son died, she was never the same in tv interviews. You could just see her slowly dying on the inside.
I knew then that apart from a miracle, it was only a matter of time. I mean she was so wasted in that final tv interview that she could barely form sentences. Anyone (even Ray Charles) could see it coming. Very sad.

This is really a sad story with a difficult ending. I am a mother of grown children, we have to respect their wishes. Anna Nicole was also a mother and I sure she had very good intentions for her son, she probably made her share of mistakes. She earned her way to stardom, we have to give her credit for that. No dummy could get that far to make a name for herself. Virgie has made a lot of mistakes I am sure, but it is just too late to change any of them. She will have to live the rest of her life with that knowledge. Virgie needs to just let this go, Anna had every right to decide where she might want to be buried. I remember Virgie saying on some talk show, that when Anna Nicole’s sister was sick with leukemia, Anna wouldn’t send her one penny of her millions to help out, not even for a babysitter or nanny.
That’s pretty low. I mean my sisters’ and I may have our differences from time to time but blood is always thicker than water, or at least it should be, during times of sickness or financial hardship.
It seems to me (at least according to Virgie) that Anna was a very selfish person, who turned her back on her family (this also includes her brothers and sisters–not just her mother) once she became rich and famous.
Given how promiscuous she was, it’s a miracle that she didn’t spawn more than one illigitimate child. That baby is the real victim in all of this mess.

Virgie was a very poor mother to have had a 15 year old daughter all alone on the streets as a runaway.
If she would have put the effort into finding her, bringing her home and making her go back to school and get an education. So she would not have to dance in a strip club to earn a living. Virgie is trying to get her home now after she is dead,a little late I’d say.

I was a divorced mother of two daughters and I am proud to say I moved in with my Father and worked part time and believe me they kept me on my toes.
I loved them and raised them so they both graduated from school and went on to college. One now an RN and the other a Post Master for the USPS, both in Ca. with wonderful Husbands and beautiful children . My granddaughter, 18 this month and graduating this year. My Grandson , a junior and quarter back for his football team and another granddaughter on the gymnastic top 10 in State of Ca.
I may seem as though I am bragging and I guess I am because when I was 8 months old my mother walked out on my father, so I didn’t have it real easy growing up in a home where my Grandmother loved to beat the crap out of me when my Dad wasn’t around.
So never wanting my Daughters to go through what I did and to give them a stable loving home became most important to me.
If something were to happen to any of them I could never go in front of a network TV.
It dose not matter where they are buried , they would be as far as we could ever be and hopefully we will all be together in Heaven some day.
The Golden Boy (Larry) puts on a good show and I am not so sure that he isn’t in it for the money or fame.
Howard K. came from a good family and has had money, fame and with out any problem could go back to being an Atty. in Ca. and with out any problem could pick up a lot of clients. He could get parts in movies or just about any thing he wants to do.
He loved Anna very much and made that very clear. Anna also loved him enough to make sure he was the only Father Dannielynn would ever know.
Two years ago Anna publicly stated he was her best friend and the only person she ever trusted.
I hope and pray this all turns out for every one, especially Dannielynn.

I came from a conservative family. But no matter how much decipline the parents gave to their children there are still rebellious children. It is Becuase of individual uniqueness and differences. Becuase of this, No family in is world that dont have misunderstanding between mother and chidren, and other siblings with in the family, regardless of the reasons. But as time passed by, everything will return to basic unit as family.
As in the Case of Anna Nicole, Drugs, fame, money, Pride and other influencial factors sorrounding her was the reason why her relationship with her family is not as it used to be. Even Anna is in pedestal, She is still human. She feel and think. The emotion that Anna shown on tv to her mother is the exact opposite feeling of love. That show, somehow, that Anna need the moral, emotional, and spiritual support from her family. But sad to say the people sorrounded her did not helped her to reached out her family instead cut her off away from them.
As for the Baby of Anna, I believe the father and grandmother have to have joined custody fo the child. For the best interest of the child.

Seems everybody has an opinion (and in some cases more than one) and few have the facts.
Anna was over 21 years old. Her wishes to be buried by Daniel in the Bahamas are the only thing to be considered concerning where she is buried.
Howard has been with Anna for over 12 years and Anna would know in that time what kind of man he is and how trustworthy is is. She trusted him and no one else………in everything. That in itself speaks volumes. And for those of you who think Howard might have brainwashed Anne, wake up. Anna was not in seclusion from the world, she was not without friends.
Think about it. Birkhead got into Anna’s circle. Didn’t he?
So if Howard was ‘controlling’ Anna, then he wasn’t doing it well, was he? Birkhead managed to sneak into Anna’s world.
For those of you who think (and some dumb enough to say it) Howard killed Daniel and maybe Anna, you must also believe Howard to be a total idiot. He and Anna lived in the public eye. From before Dannielynn’s birth to after Anna’s death, they were living in a fishbowl of interviews and work.
As for Howard being a leech or male gold digger, Howard was the only one brave enough to take ‘the Marshall Case’for Anna. And he worked his butt off, taking it all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court. If/When there’s any money for Anna’s estate, it will be thanks to Howards work and expertise and lets not forget his loyalty and dedication over the years.
Any one stop to thin he must not have been a licensed lawyer (out of law school) very long when Anna came to him for help.
He was a young and mostly inexperience man just beginning his career but he saw the potential and hope of winning a big case.
It took courage to step out and take that risk.
As far as I am concerned Howard K. Stearn (and his family) have some things lacking in most others. Integrity, loyalty, love, commmitment, and the list goes on.
Try to remember, Howard didn’t make money on those interviews. He wasn’t the one to start these legal messes. He simply rose to defend Anna Nicole,Dannielynn and himself when he had no alternative. He tried to work things out behind the scenes, away from the publicity, out of court, and away from the eye of the media. It was Birkhead and Virgie (the vicious?)who insisted on having their way and their say in the media.
Howard had and has class. No childish show off antics or gestures for him. Just pure class.
And in case some of you haven’t noticed, Howard K. Stern is really nice to look at. Not the pretty boy who has to color his hair or otherwise change his appearance.
One more thing. Anna Nicole had nothing to gain by letting the world know about the mother Virgie was to her, or the grandmother she’d been to Daniel. Virgie of course would want to appear to be the ‘loving mother’ in public. I think Anna simply exposed her mother for what she was when Virgie used Daniels death to make money for herself. Hope it costs her every penny to pay her lawyers………if she pays them at all.

Howard’s only sin was that he loved Anne unconditionally. I saw on TV in October 06 where Anne said that she came on to Howard first, kissed him first, and that he was actually a very shy person. For those who said they never had a relationship I wish they could see that program that was done I think by entertainment TV.
