His name is Dr. Sandeep Kapoor and in the picture he’s with Anna at the 2005 West Hollywood Gay Pride Parade. Anna used the name Michelle Chase for her prescriptions and according to California law it is illegal to prescribe a controlled substance to a false name. . . . . .Source: Splash News Online
