It wasn’t Anna’s mother that gave John O’Quinn (Texas) the chocolate bar but it was the witness Denise James, a friend of Anna, that got a choclate bar from her bag and handed it to the judge.

Anna Nicole Smith’s mother’s lawyer John O’Quinn just passed out in court! He says he tripped but others are saying he fainted. I think they just said Anna’s mother Vergie Arthur took a chocolate bar from her bag to hand it to him which I think means he’s a diabetic. They haven’t had lunch yet so I think the judge just called for their lunch break now. I wasn’t in the room but I heard all the noise and thought maybe Howard K. Stern and Larry Birkhead jumped each other.
