- They know the only thing keeping Anna Nicole Smith’s daughter Dannie Lynn with Howard K. Stern is that his name is on the birth certificate. And that’s all you need in the Bahamas to say that you are a child’s father.
A lawyer representing one of the men claiming to be the father of Anna Nicole Smith’s infant daughter alleged Monday that there is “fraud” in the child’s birth certificate.
Larry Birkhead and his attorney Debra Opri were attending a hearing over custody of the child in Nassau, Bahamas. Afterward, Opri said there is a “big hole” in the certificate.
She refused to comment further, as she and her client smiled and gave thumbs up to reporters swarming them.
Smith’s boyfriend at the time of her death, Howard K. Stern, has said he is the baby’s father.
Attorney Wayne Munroe attended the hearing Monday in place of Stern.
Virgie Arthur, Smith’s estranged mother who also wants custody, was there as well.
After the hearing, she was bombarded by reporters on the way to her waiting limousine.
A hearing in the matter was scheduled for March 16. . . . . .Source: CNN

i hope larry is the father i think he is best suited to raise the child and will do the right thing by the child he seems to be sincere in his feelings for anna nicole and dannylynn i dont think howard stern should be allowed to keep the baby he seems out for himself and i think virgie has the legal rights to the child
